Carroll Academy's Petition
Please sign our petition to keep the doors to Carroll Academy opended. The S.A.I.S.D. decided to close six schools without little more than two weeks notice. The S.A.I.S.D. said the reasons for the closure was due to declining enrollment. The school board went on to say that the building was old? The building is in good condition even with over three hundred children utilizing the school daily. It is the wish of the children that Carroll Academy stays open. Without a school in our community our homes loose value. No one will buy a home if there is no school in the surrounding area. Leaving Carroll without children occupying it will cause VANDELISM and homeless people in and around the vacant school. Will you join in with the children and parents to keep the doors of Carroll Academy opened.
Drug dealers, prostitutes and sixty-seven sex offenders surround the school(Gates) they would like to send our students to. One lives 414 feet from the school(Gates). Send a message to S.A.I.S.D
to not close Carroll Academy. The children thank you.
